Coach Mike is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. His career has been diverse, including roles as a trainer and manager in hospital-based facilities and group fitness gyms across New Jersey.
What truly drives him is helping my clients achieve their goals, whether it's building strength, losing weight, improving mobility, or boosting self-esteem. I'm dedicated to empowering individuals through fitness and witnessing their incredible transformations.
His own fitness journey began in the world of bodybuilding, where he competed as a Men's Physique athlete in my early 20s. This experience provided him with a solid foundation in muscle development and becoming a stronger, healthier person.
Fast forward a few years to 2015, his wife Samantha had their first child (they now have 4 - yes it’s super chaotic in our house) which changed his approach to how he viewed fitness. As some of you may know, having kids changes you and your responsibilities shift. He still wanted to be strong, in shape, and be a role model for his children. He soon after adopted the approach of other modalities of training.
Coach Mike still a huge advocate for traditional strength training. Although he now specializes in kettlebell training, ground-based animal flow exercises, and pre- and post-rehabilitation movements, all aimed at helping his clients not only feel better but also move better. His approach to fitness is holistic, and his commitment is unwavering in improving the lives of those he serves. Coach Mike not just a personal trainer; he is a dedicated advocate for a healthier, happier life through physical well-being.
Beyond his professional life, Coach Mike is a loving husband and proud father of four children. This perspective gives him a well-rounded view of the importance of health and fitness in daily life.
